Session Information

I have availability for new clients online on Mondays

Counselling sessions for Adults 

Sessions are 50-minutes, in-person (Sheffield area), online via Zoom, or by phone. 

 

Sessions are held at a mutually agreed time—usually weekly or fortnightly.

​

Fees range from £45–£60 per session.​

 

I offer a free initial phone call to help us decide if I’m the right counsellor for you and to answer any questions.

Young Peoples Counselling   (13-17yrs)

I work with a range of issues young people bring to counselling, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, identity, loss and change.​

 

Sessions are available in-person or online (via Zoom). They are 50 minutes and cost £45–£60. ​

 

I offer a joint initial assessment session with both parent and young person.​

 

Educational professionals: I may be able to offer short-term, school-based work.
