I OFFER BOTH IN-PERSON AND ONLINE SESSIONS - ALL SESSIONS ARE ON MONDAYS

I am delighted to announce that I have extended my practice with young people, to include young people over the age of 13. I hold an enhanced DBS clearance and Level 3 Child Safguarding.

Counselling and Psychotherapy Sessions (Adults 18+)

I offer sessions in-person, online (using Zoom), or by phone.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are held at a mutually agreed time. Regular sessions are usually at the same time and day each week. I have some fortnightly sessions available.
Sessions are from £45-£50. Each session is 50 minutes.
Face to face sessions take place in the S11 area of Sheffield, where I have local room hire options available.
Making that first contact with a counsellor can be difficult. I offer a free telephone conversation to help us both decide if I am the right counsellor for you, and to ask any further questions. I look forward to hearing from you.

Young People's Counselling

(13-17 years)

I work with a range of issues young people may bring to counselling; including anxiety and depression, relationship issues and understanding identity, loss and change.
I also work with anxiety around education issues.
I offer sessions in-person, online (using Zoom),or by phone.
Sessions are from £45-£50 for 50 minutes. Shorter sessions for young people can also be negotiated.
If you are a parent or legal carer exploring therapy for a young person please get in touch. I undertake a joint assessment session with a parent and young person.
If you are an educational professional looking for school-based services I may be able to offer short term school based work.
