Counselling and Psychotherapy

About me and how we can work together

My Philosophy.

I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore whatever you wish to bring to therapy. I believe each person is more than their experiences, and that therapy—and life—needs to move at a pace that feels right for you.

 My Approach.

I work integratively, drawing on different theories and strategies to suit your needs. At the heart of my work is a trusting relationship where you feel heard, respected, and understood.

How Counselling Can Help.

Some come to therapy with a specific issue; others want to better understand their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Counselling can help with decision-making, breaking unhelpful patterns, and building self-awareness and acceptance.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

That’s up to you. I offer both short- and long-term work. We'll agree on a plan together and review regularly to ensure it’s meeting your needs.
