Hello and welcome to my site.

I am a qualified and registered counsellor and psychotherapist based in Sheffield. I offer counselling sessions online, by phone and face to face for adults and young people.

I am an Independent Social Worker, registered with Social Work England and BASW.  

I offer independent safeguarding consultancy and taiored training. I design and deliver training courses and workshops to individuals and groups. I specialise in safeguarding training for therapists and allied professionals.

My approach to counselling is integrative. This means I can draw upon different ideas and strategies, allowing flexibility to meet your needs.  At the centre of my work is building a relationship where you will be heard, accepted and respected. 

My aim as your counsellor is to provide a warm, confidential space for you to explore what you are experiencing. I work collaboratively with you at your pace, with compassion and acceptance, in your context, with past, present or future concerns.

People have counselling for many reasons, such as experiencing anxiety or depression, bereavement, stress, loss and changes in relationships or wanting to feel different about life as a whole. I work with you as an individual and provide a confidential and non-judgemental therapy space to support you make your own choices, find solutions or have your voice heard.

I am an Independent Social Worker, registered with Social Work England and a member of BASW. I specialise in children's safeguarding, assessment and fostering & adoption work.
